Celebrating 25 years in business, BAF was established in 1990 to capitalize on opportunities of under managed and overlooked income producing properties, with a focus on enhancing and creating value from these properties. BAF’s principals have been the General Partner in over 50 transactions. In the past its principals have been managing partner of more than 25 apartment deals in Metropolitan Washington, DC totaling over 4,000 units. BAF’s principals have also owned a dozen commercial properties in the mid-Atlantic region totaling over 600,000 SF. In addition BAF has undertaken the purchase of non-performing loans and has made hard money loans secured by real estate.
